I am trying to find where I would be able to go to buy some MH and HPS lights. If anyone would be able to help me by telling me a website or a store that would be great.

Found this on ebay. Haven't made it to bloom stage yet to try it out, but seemed like a great deal.

ive always found the cheapest way to go with lights is to call an electrical and lighting store, they usually range from 103 - 200 canadian and if you get it from a grow store you can easily pay 400-500, so call around and check it out. walmart and other stores sell lots of varieties of mh lighting.
