No, they will not get you high, Unless you are planning on making seeds, male plants are garbage (or maybe compost)

If you know you have male plants and don't get them out in time, you are potentially compromising your entire crop of girls. Seeded buds produce less THC than non seeded buds and 75% of your bud weight can be in seeds.

I wouldn't waste the energy it would take to inhale. I would however take the time to dispose of it carefully since leo doesn't give a good **** if it is male or female. Always remember to cover one's own azimuth.
