Ok so my girlfriend and I finally got our medical cards, so I decided to
do a grow journal here. I have a tray of Dutch Passion Blueberry, and
Nirvana's White Rhyno cuttings. I also started an assortment of seeds
today. Paradise Seeds, Jackie White, Spoetnik, and Ice Cream.
Greenhouse Seeds, Alaskan Ice, White Rhyno, and White Widow.
I will be taking pics tonight...

when posting a new post just scoll down too manage attachments..then a window will pop up..hit each browse tab you see for each pic you want to up load...

Ok so here we go. I soaked the seeds for about 24 hours and planted
them in some fox farm ocean forest. The clones are just chillin and I
still need to drag the grow tent out and set it up, however I am really
lazy after work, so we'll see. I am excited about playin with some cool
new genetics...

Here's the insane story, the next door neighbor accidently shot a rifle in his house last Sunday. My girlfriend and I were eating some killer guacomole, when
there was the craziest knock at the door. 4 cops demanded we come outside, and I said hell no. They came in anyways and said they had to make sure there were no injured people in my house. They went door to door and found the grow. Well, I had 180 unrooted clones, and 1 125 watt cfl. I don't have papers yet, but will have soon, and I was gonna wait till then to really do anything with the plants. I was going to take 30 of the cuts, and give the rest away to a few medical patients here in town. BAD TIMING!! Pray for me please, I had 3 guns of my own in my house. I was charged with a VUCSA. Which is Violation of the Uniformed Controlled Substance Act, with intent to manufacure. My Attorney is not back in town until the 30th so I'm trippin out.
If they added "firearm enhancment" I am screwed, as that adds 36 months mandatory. I have no idea how this will all turn out. I went to jail and they let my girl go to my mom's house. Does anyone know anything about unrooted clones counting as actual plants????

Ok I got 9 months in jail. I have to turn myself in
by September 9th. I guess the lesson here is don't
let people fire bullets into your house?? This system
is so screwed up. My wife (we got married), is
getting 20 days house arrest. We were growing plants,
and the moron who could have killed someone got
a ticket. Whatever when I get out it's on again.

Dude this sux... Let this be a lesson with the law, You obviously live in a place where medical marijuana is legal.. Wait till you have your papers... Also put a peephole on your door and use it. If I dont know you then I dont answer the door, there is no law that says you have to answer the door not even for the cops, if they have a warrant then they will kick my door in...

Trust me Ive been to jail many times, jail is the easy part, probation sux badly nothing like having an officer babysit you for years after you get out..

I would have never answered the door, except I was
expecting a friend to show up and I was careless and
just opened it right up. Yes get your papers first. My
wife and I both had appointments to the THCF clinic,
and we were both told on the phone that we would
get the card. Only problem was it was 2 weeks away.
Only reason I lied here and said we had em, was in
case some PIGGY saw it. I woulda been showing off
my previous grows if I had a card. I will be in Skagit
County Jail, in Mount Vernon WA. If anyone wants a
pen pal hit me up, I will need all the support I can get.

ill be thinking about you, im so scared that i could ever go to jail, thats why im quitting growing, too much to lose in a battle designed to go only one way.

Im moving asap to get some real support.
