Hello fellow stoners, I set up my 100x100x200 tent few days back and I have been having issues with temperature.
Its getting to 29.6 C sometimes 30.6 C so ideally I woud need to only get down 2-3 degrees C.
Im running 600w HPS in cooltube as I understand 100x100x200 is bit too small for 600w HPS.
So my questions to you my masters are how to fix it spending the least $? And if I just get biger tent like 120x120x200 or 145x145x200 will my problem go away with running same 600w HPS?

First question is, are you using an exhaust fan to pull air through that cool tube and expelling it from the tent?

Here is some pictures.

One thing to keep in mind any time you run ductwork regardless of the type of duct is to have as few turns as possible and if you have to make turns try and make them wide. A single 90° turn can be the equivalent of 5' of extra ductwork. Less air friction equals faster heat disipation

If you have an intake to the fan, but drawing from inside the tent you can get an airflow to vent the inside tent air. That may help and is cheap to try.

Disconnect the vent to the fan intake and block the intake vent on top. Air will flow from the bottom tent intake vent hole, up, into the fan and lights, then out.
