plants dying

My plants are dying for some reason can it be from lack of light? I had a 125 watt flo light but it broke and now I got 1 60 watts on my four plants until my hps system arrvies, can the light be the problem?

could be, you can't grow 4 plants under a 60 watts fluo light :s
