setting up first indoor grow tomorrow, need some help.

Alright so Ive rread almost all the posts on this forum, and just want to give the final run down before I do it tomorrow so i dont mess anything up.
I have 5 easy sativa seeds germinatig (should be fully done by tomorrow), I bought some soil, a thermomter, 400HPS, grow bags, advanced nutrients for all stages, some grow medium (vermulite and an other one). I am goin to work out the ventilation out a little bit later, am i ready to grow?

Fans?? one to point on the light.
One to point at the plants, to constantly keep them moving....besides when its light out.
What type of water are you going to use??? Better not be Tap son!!!!
