Shaking!

I have been smoking for about five years now. I took a couple of breaks, and have not been real havy until this year. Starting abou six months ago I have been noticing constant tremors/shaking in my hands. It is hardly noticable unsless I am doing something that requires fine motor control (Tying flys and nots) The shaking always seems to be most noticable after I smoke.
I was wondering if this happens to anyone else? And if there is any correlation between minor hand shaking and Marijuana?
