Starting third grow with Electromagnetic light.. Thoughts pls.

I am a aeroponic grower first of all and I have done two previous grows before this. I am doing 18 strains on two rails. 1 strain a site.. I will create backups of them as they grow. Anyhow my question is that has anyone ever used a electromagetic light? I purchased the 300 watt electromagnetic Jaguar that I will be using in combo with a light mover..

A 400 watt MH would be much better, thats just a florescent bulb.

ALL lights can be described as 'electromagnetic'. Anything electrical is 'electromagnetic'. That site is taking people for suckers.
