What are the best ways to put my beans away for storage till im done now?

dry, dark and cool is the rule. i put mine in black film canisters with grains of rice, put them in a cool place.

and you'll usually find that waiting more than 10 minutes for a reply is a good thing...

I like to use the round beef jerky cans...they look like chew tabaccoo...place some white rice in there and into the Crisper in fridge...I have some a couple years old now and have no dout they will germ when they time comes...
