I’m growing outdoors in SoCal. My plant seems to have bud sights up the length of the stem. Is this just loose budding?

It’s just getting going, they will fill in nicely and they look nice and healthy

Thanks for the reply. She does seem really healthy. I gave her some flowering fertilizer, so I’ll just wait and see I suppose. It’s my first plant, Rainbow Punch clone, and I haven’t done too much other than water regularly.
