i am gonna grow some lowryder plants in a small space so stretching is an issue i already have 4 68 watt 2700k cfl's and i was wondering does the blue light spectrum help stop strtching? and if so what kelvin light should i buy 6700k?

I veg under 5000k t5 and still get some stretch but not so bad. Your idea sounds good i would try it. Good luck!

I use a 42 watt, 4100 lumens, 65k cfl or my 400 watt mh to veg.

More lumens, less stretch

wow a 42 watt cfl putting out that much lumens, my 68 watt cfl's only put out 4200 lumens each

I think you want to try to get 6500K (Daylight) for vegging and 2700K (Soft white) for flowering.
