Ok i have so far 2-26 watt cfls, in a mini cupboard 1.5X1.5 . with one plant. here it is at 1 week. o and i have smaller cfl's like 14 i think will they work too?

i put it in a small cup of water. already but did not cut the 45 degree angle.. should i w8 until morning to cut the angle becuzz its dak outside and i dont want to show lite. but good lookin out. so do i eep changing the water until rooots appear or ? o and the plant is about 2-3 m0nths old

can u trick an outside plant into flowering? by putting a plastic tub over it to shorten the light? the day last from 6am-8:30 maybe a litle b4 or a little after.plant if like 2 ft
