Well, I don't think I'm going to spend $600 on a Volcano, but I have found this one, which seems to get good reviews:

I know someone who got one of them for 60 bucks on fleabay.

I also know somewhere that sells the new digit volcano for under 600 bucks but I can't tell you where don't want to piss anyone off with advertising.
