bent tops after first 12/12 day is this normal?
will it fix itself or do i need to take action?

It is not normal for the plant to bend when put on 12/12 if your plants are bent they may have a problem. If they look healthy though I wouldn't worry about it too much, but if I was you I would still post pictures up so the good growers on the forum can help you out.
