BR 61 for blooming

what section would i go to see if BR61,, is anygood for blooming,, it's very high *-54 -*, it's suppose to b very good for Pulmeria plantsn was wondering if anyone has tryed this powder fertilizer ???

how if i use it on other planst first,, at say half the strengthn just add a little at a time,, till i hit th right dosage ??
