Curing?

Im new and it would be great if anyone can tell me some of the best ways to cure bud to make it almost as great as possible for the strand it is. any one??

i usually dry it then after im all done with that i stick it in glass jar opening the jar twice a day for 2 weeks then let it sit for how ever long till i want it
