fiber pots

hi all
here is a few pics of some clones i took ,3 weeks into flowwer. for some reason once they rooted i put them into fiber pots . now im ready to re-pot them into large pots ...
as you can see the pots have a black stuff on them , the roots are coming thou the side and bottom of the pots . My mate plants the whole pot , but im not sure what to do ..
what would you do ??

Take them out of those pots and put them in a new home. Poor things.
