forgot lights on for 5-7min

forgot my light on for 5-7 min today:hairpull:also moved my 12/12 schedule 30 min some days before this..is this going to turn my plants to hermies for sure or its just hi possibilites for damn hermies?

Thats a negligable amount but keep an eye out...the 30 minute I am not sure how much stress that would cause but 5-7 minutes isn't squat. Where it hurts is when its fully asleep, takes a little while for the chemical process of it's night schedule to happen.
