When u plant the seeds do you want the root facing up or down?

That is in Growers Log #314, section 420, paragraph 23.5, Right here it says "Plant all little Marihuana seeds with root facing down" It shows a picture, but I guess you got the general idear..........

Wait a second bro's....hey ilovedankies, have you germinated the seed and your'e talking about the sprout that is coming out of the seed, cuz that's not the root man, that's the "sprout", which is what is gonna become your stem? If that's what your'e talking about then you want that part facing up, unless they have already rooted then you obviously want them facing down...
