HTGS ballast?

Do you usually add the 4 year extended warranty, or are they pretty reliable? I'm talking about the 250 watt magnetic ballast.

I bought a 400w digital from HTG did not buy extended warranty. I love it. Had it 6 mo now.

I have a 400 watt from htg. In fact I have bought everything from htg. They have good stuff and staff. That does not mean there "stuff" can't or won't break. If you are real worried just buy the warranty.

well they come with a two year warranty already I was just wandering if allot of peaple have problems after the first two years.

HTG offers Lumateks now. They come with a 5 year warranty already.
