Leaves pointing towards light

So I growing some WW, my first set of true leaves just started pointing toward my light. My light is 13 inches away from the plant. Is my light still to far away?

Hello Hydro

Put your hand at the height of your leaves, lower the light until you can feel the heat of the light warming the back of your hand, that is how high your light needs to be

Like hippy said above, check the temp on the leaves... if they are not hot , then thats a good thing. Your plants are happy when they point up towards the light like that. Its like they are smiling
