lights for clones

what kinda wattage light should i put on clones so they will stay alive but not grow much. I got some 12" clones im trying to hold them there till other ones catch up.

You need enough to avoid stretch and yellowing of the leaves. Try about 2500L/ft sq. Keep them in smaller pots, that will hold them back. Reduce the on time to 14/10.

I keep clones under 2 4 ft flourescents. the 32w T8's . They grow nice and slow, but stay short and squat.

CFL's are what my buddy uses and he swears by them for his clones.

I use the 54 watt t-5's with a low nitrogen content nute mixture
