Lunar planting anyone?

I'm new to the forum, and a lunar planting enthusiast. I recently did really well using the technique with a green house outdoors. Anyone how would like more information I'm happy to talk about it here.

I plant according to what I determine to be a consensus of opinion compiled from all the suggested planting times and zones across a spectrum of all types of growers by doing a web search on my garden. I don't plant in soil, and use a NFT system outdoors in a Greenhouse. Ebb and Flow indoors.

The Lunar method is really interesting in it's theories.

The method no doubt works, but *why* does it work? What is belief and what is scientifically proven?
