For anyone to even give any kind of guess for you as a starting point we would need alot more information.
Age of plants, nutrients used, medium used.
As LF said, you will need to give not only different amounts of ppm's throughout there life, but also different types for veg vs bloom vs late bloom.
People here will be more than happy to help you with your grow that your planning, but we do need more information about what your doing first in order to give good advice.

And different strains have different needs. Some strains like high ppms and some don't. There is no one and hard fast rule for nute strength. I start my nutes low and slowly bump them up until my plants show signs of nute burn and then I back off just a bit..
