I have been studying the design and I think you are wrong , even if it was hinged at the bumper the bike would be inverted if you fold the ramp downthe bike rests on the ramp which hinges on the lower section...that folds back enabling the bike to roll down...2 pivot points were used...what I want to know is who has the balls big enough to ride it up on the ramp...
