this two-headed monster popped from one Mazar-I-Sharif bean. This ever happen to anyone?

the one on the right popped first. it was pointy and did not have the cotyledon at first. they sort of just started growing after it emerged. then it seemed like something else was breaking ground. then next thing you know, head number 2 springs out. but this one did have the cotyledon on it but they were kind of deformed and shaped like a ball.

I had one with three cotyledons one time, but it never made it.
