I run an ozone generator and it works great. Got it set on a timer to run for 15 on 15 minutes off. Plus because I vent into my HVAC system it freshens my entire house. With my fans in my grow room on I can smoke a joint of White Widow in my living room and the smell is gone in 20 minutes. You need to be careful with ozone generators, high concentrations can do some damage to your health and your plants as well. But they come in handy for a lot of things other than the grow room. Wife burnt the pot roast, go grab you ozone generator put it in the kitchen flick the switch and before the pizza is delivered the house smells fresh again. I also had a pipe break on me and had mold growing in my floor before I realized what was happening. Got it fixed, put my ozone generator in the hole for a day while I was at work. Came home, molds gone. With an ozone generator you also don't have to worry about powdery mildew or other types of mold as the O3 kills it on contact. Plus if you run DWC systems it will kill all the bacteria in your tub keeping them sparkly and clean. That can be a negative though if you are an organic grower. Best 200 bucks I ever spent. You can get cheaper ones but I purchased one with some head room so to speak incase I go bigger in the future.
These things work so great my wife wants me to get an inline corona burst ozone generator and install it so it works in conjuction with the furnace. Every time the furnace goes it freshens your whole house.
Oh and for those of you that like venting into your attic (even though its a no no) an ozone generator would eliminate the smell and the risk of sick house syndrome which is caused by black mold. You may still get a bit of water damage from excess condensation but at least you won't die or get sick.
