Hi there!!! i am interested in this method, becuase im curentley growing the first time under a light(callimist)so one just bends over the top??? Educate me plz. shot EWALD.

Yeah the link aught to show you exactly what you need to know. The technique I use, is take a couple plastic toothpicks, and use dental floss or fishing line, gently use the string to pull the top of the plant down about 1 to 2 inches from the actual top of the plant OR if it's a sprout 1/2 inch...of course, you tie the floss to each of the toothpicks and use them like tent stakes, and pin yer plant down. Works like a charm for me, then i spiral the plant around the outside of my planter, and work itself in back to the main stem, eventually letting the main cola go back up where it would have. saves alot of space.
