So here's my thoughts....fungus....but i've never encountered this problem, so any suggestions to remedy it will be appreciated exponentially. FYI this plant has already been killed, it stretched too much, and almost every single leaf on it, looked like this one....and it was crispy. It was the only clone out of half a dozen that did this, and all were in the same dirt, same light, same everything.....so here are the details

10 CFL 2700 lumen output, in a 2x2x3 area, flat white, ambient temp 75, good ventilation, good drainage, happy frog organic potting mix in 1 gallon starter pot with 1 cup perlite mixxed in. Any more details feel free to ask, but i'm about to head to work, so here's the pic..

Could have been a genetic anomaly or like you said some random topical fungus.
