    Voodoo+ Grow

I was just looking through my old grows on here, and thinking the same thing.

    What strain would you pick

I grew a dna seeds og 18 that was good. That was some ridiculous couch lock. I agree, if you have a tolerance, there's no one hit wonders. But that was close. It was a freebie, so i can't attest to individual results, but it had a little garlic to the flavor, and yielded ok.

    almost done

Your plants look so good, I wondered if your post wasn't sarcastic. Fox tails are fine, not all strains do it, but I see it most years outdoor on one plant or another. IME it happens more to sativa dominant plants, but that may be coincidence.

    Need Help!

You can absolutely get the stuff to make your owned amended soil at home depot, just that they sell a lot of cheap stuff.

    Need Help!

How big are they? A six inch pot will not be big enough to flower a decent sized clone outside. They'll be root bound. If it's a tiny, just rooting clone, a three gallon MIGHT do it. I would go five gallon minimum, but the bigger the better. Guy above nailed it for the soil, mg is so so for...

    4u2 Back yard 2013

Hey 4u2, nice spread, very green over there. It's probably self explanatory, but are those panels behind the one to try to get more light to a corner plot? Have you done that before, and did you think it helped?

What happens if plant is not mature

A plant doesn't become able to show sex until it matures. Four to six weeks usually, that's what 4u2 means when he said after four weeks. Your plant will then begin flowering, and if you're season will allow it, will just go longer than if it had been sprouted earlier.

    Maine Carmelicious ScrOG

Holy smokes! Nice grow. I've never turned off the lights like that, but I have heard it helps for some strains, and not others. You could harvest some when they're ready, then leave however many you want to test the theory, for the three days. Good luck.

    hash troubles

IME, you beat it too much. You want the ice to do the work, not the beater. I use all trimmings, and have had stuff that didn't want to stick. It happened when I ran too long in the washer. You should go easy, reverse directions, and don't agitate more than 10 minutes at a time. Some people I...

easyryder and russian rocket fuel grow

Nice autos, I haven't grown them in like 5 or 6 years, and I'd have to say the genetics are improved. Forty grams would have been awesome, but most were an ounce or less back then. (in soil) Since no one answered you about the hash, I will. I would use the mold for oil, not screen/ice hash. IME...

    Can you go too long?

Some sativas need to be watched. They will have multiple windows to harvest, and just a few amber may be all you see. Once it goes all cloudy, keep a close eye on it, you'll get some amber. I have grown a few different sativas, and the more sativa in it, IMO, the more likely that it will go in...

    Outdoor grow security question...

That would be a hell of a lot of resources for a small field. There are people living in the woods growing a hell of a lot more than we are, if satellites are in play, it would be for that. I couldn't see them doing it for anything less than a commercial type operation. A meth lab would look...

    Drying!

What are you venting the space with? I had a problem with mine drying too quick. I dry in the grow space, and the fan I use for ventilation is too much for drying. So I added a inline booster (home depot) which is only a few cfm, and is just enough for drying if I turn off the other one. I put a...

    dr. green thumb

My buddy just harvested some Iranian autos he bought. He has yet to let any of us test it (still in the cure). He put them out in mid may, pulled them down mid july, and he says that they averaged about an oz each. Some a little more, some a little less. He said sun exposure seems to be the key...
