my point of view is that many chemicals are added to cigs. MJ I believe does damage because the resin is residual in all parts of the body. Not to mention the extreme heat that burns the tiiny hairs in your lungs. Still cigs make you unhealthy and you gain no insight Maaaaann!

Organic Compost is the absolute best way to feed your plants, mulch them and all the nutrients are in there. You will also lesson the amount of kitchen scraps going to the landfill. You ca simply dig a hole and start throwing organic waste in it. Throw som dirt over it and toss every so often...
