I am 10 days into flowering under 2500hps..., it missed one entire 12 hour light cycle, so its been dark for 36 hours... the power was out, will this affect the plants ? or will they resume regular flowering at next light interval?

I agree with TBG--you should be just fine. I live in an area with frequent, sometimes long power outages. If I am home when it happens, I can crank up the generator. But if I am not, they can get weird dark periods when they shouldn't.
