Do I need to do more trimming?

It is really up to you. As long as you bud sites have enough light you eill be gibe. If sny of them are being blocked. Remove the fan leaves that are blocking.

It definately will not hurt the plants to take out the big fan leaves especially if they are blocking bud sites.
