are white flys aphids?

are white flys aphids(nats)? i've had them for about a week now and if they are one in the same then u have saved my plants with your organic pesticide formula. i really would appriciate any help i really dont want my plants to die. i'm sorry this is my first grow i bought the cannabis grow bible i know i have aphids and that i need pyrethum based insecticide but i can't find any anywherecan anyone point me in the right direction?

how big are the white flies? they are probably thrips... they are reaaal easy to control... just get some safers endall.. and it'll... well... end them all. Sometimes with only a couple treatments. And it biodegrades poison wise once it hits the air...so is safe to consume bud after only a week sprayed with it.

virtually any garden center includeing walmart, Lowes, ect. carry pyrithium based insecticides. "Safers" is one brand that pops into my head.
