I have an indoor grow of bubble gum, and everything is going great but now I got Aphids. I am using water and dish soap and Cayene pepper. is there any better ways?

Where are you on the grow? Aphids on buds? Indoor/Outdoor? I've used the pepper on outdoor garden plants but would defer to someone else here about aphids on buds. I would be reluctant to put anything on those.
