In my basement i seem to get lots of flys, there everywhere and i was woundering if they would hurt my plant?

To get rid of house fly's, find out what they're feeding on and remove it, find how they're getting in and prevent them.
But they don't cause any problems with plants.
White flys are tiny little gnat-sized pests that suck plant juices. They can ruin an indoor crop. And they're as hard to get rid of as spider mites.

I got the fly traps up, and it's working. It's hard to find out where there comming from tho, I'm getting rid of most of them everyday.
