Can you germinate if the summer heat is very strong?

Hello good people that's the question! Maybe it's an old seed...or too much temperature that doesn't germinate. Thanks

Too much heat is not good.
My sister in law tried to germinate in a tent with no ventilation. Got to 90 plus degrees in there and killed all the seeds that had started to sprout.

How are you germinating them?

I usually float the seeds in water overnight, then put in a wet paper towel inside a ziplock bag.
Put in dark warm area( not hot) then usually 3-5 days I have roots.
Then I put into rapid rooters or soil.
Keep soil moist but not soaked.

Inside the house in a tuper with a napkin and the other in the ground in a pot.
Summer here is very strong with highs of 100 F.

I soak for 12 hrs, then papertowels (I put another plate of the same size on top for darkness), and I put them on the seed mat set to 75 deg. I'm better at picking which ones are viable-I get 50%. Good luck.

we presoak our beans until they sink

then into un bleached white paper towels which are folded in half

then into a ziplock baggie and before closing I blow some air into the baggie

then they go on not a brown paper sack in the dark on a heat at at about 74-78

some seeds have sprouted while soaking in water too
