I am looking into doing co2 in the future, I am looking for suggestions, for as cheap as possible. 108 sq. ft. box. Looking to be at 1300 ppm max.

Do you mean a 108 cubic ft box?
If so, you can try fermenting.
Sugar, yeast and water in a 5 gallon bottle will cook off for about 2 weeks if you keep adding sugar to the mix as its slows and will provide CO2. You can
also use aquarium hoses as vent tubes in the top of the bottle to feed CO2directly under the plants.

There is no way to do enhanced CO2 effectively and cheaply at the same time. You need regulators, timers, monitors, etc.

Sorry, but doing sugar, water, and vinegar in a 5 gal container will do little. CO2 enhancement needs to be monitored, regulated, and timed to be effective.
