Hey all, I am using FFOF soil for the first time soon and have a question. It is my understanding that powdered egg shells can be used in lieu of lime for calcium. Do egg shells also act as a ph buffer like lime? Also, what quantity to use? If anyone has info, please chime in. Thanks.

great for calcium, but i do not believe egg shells effect the ph as lime does.
