fan box??

i thaught ive seen someone building a box for there fan so it was quieter? can someone locate info on building a quiet box thanks

I know for a fact Nchef has his fans boxed....maybe pm him or hope that he chimes in here....but I believe he is pretty busy right now so pm might work better.

Just google sound proof boxes, all it is pretty much is a box, with some kind of sound proofing inside. Egg crate, carpet, duct insulation, etc..
