Flourescent light question??

can anyone tell me the formula or how you can figure out the lumens that a certain bulb gives off. what is the best T12 bulb? ie: cool white, warm white ect)any help would be great my follow tokers

hey go to the lights section, it tells you all about it however most bulbs tell you on the packing how much lumems and kelvins, wattage ect

most , if not all 40w T12's are 3000 lumens, and the best VEG configuration would be the ott-lights and the cool whites
