My flowering cycle is just about up, I have a lot of lower branches where the buds are not very big.. Can I cut the top buds, and let the smaller ones grow longer, is there a method to that? THank you

Yes, you can do that. I doubt they will fatten up a lot, but lots of people will leave the bottom half longer

There are ways to help those small flowers be bigger next grow, search for lst (low stress training) that is a start.

Yes you can cut the top buds as they are ready. no true method that I know of just watch the trichs and harvest when they show they are ready
