Green light during dark cyle?

Can you use during your dark cycle to look at plants?

If so where can I get one?

Hey there Andy52,
I never have had a use for a green light, but things in the growing world are changing. I was told that even though you are using a green light, your duration should be kept to a minimum. Is this correct ?

I have used a green light for years to go into my room during the dark period with no adverse results. In the summer, I run the lights at night and sometimes have to go into the flowering room during dark. I do keep it at a minimum.
