Hey, what's up y'all!
I've got a couple of nice mammas growing from seed, (G13XHashplant and Sour Bubble!) and they are starting to get a little tall under my flouro's.

My question is, has anyone had tried or had any success with topping the plant during vegitative stage to make her grow more outward than upward?

Thanks!

if your going to use it as a mother plant use the top as a clone next time you take cuttings. if your gonna cut it might as well try to use it.

some people will disagree with cutting the plant and some will, personally IMO if you have the space top it and you will get more colas growing instead of 1 big one, but thats just my opinion, you can also pinch at the stems on the higher parts and that will ghelp stop the growth also, you can also do LST but to me that gets to be a pain when moving plants around and stuyff and u have all kinds of things attached to ur plants.. Good luck :aok:

If its a mother your going to have to top her many times.
Dont worry its just like mowing your grass.
Just dont cut it down more than 1/3 of the plant.
