It looks like not enough potassium(k) in what you're using? Or it got locked out somehow, like ph off for a few days, or too much of something else? Too much phos or iron can lock up the k i think...

Strange question...do you have an ozone generator???

no ozone, just carbon filter for oder control.

IMO, it looks like a Magnesium (Mg) deficiency or nute burn….given your EC I’m guessing the former. I could be wrong tho
