I have two northern lights x Kush in soil they have been in vegetive stage for a while but know the new growth is mutatng and only a single leaves are growing and the bottom leaves theres only three to a stem

Do you think it could be due to heat I have a 4t5 lights under them in the room its like 78-86 degrees dring the day

NEVER PUT LIGHTS UNDER YOUR PLANTS!!
GET THOSE T-5's OVER THEM!!
MAKE SURE YOU HAVE GOOD VENTALATION!!
