chars is cannabis resin

it is the resin
the only place where is made is in India

so the resin stick in the hand

and that is what is called chars

and it is very strong it give you a high not a low

Oh yeah. Solid, flexible. Very dark brown. Heat with a lighter flame ... that unmistakable aroma; the edge becomes fluffy ... quickly, trying not to burn fingers, crumble the heated charas into the joint ... many years since I tried it. I don't miss it though; my bud is just as good if not better.
