So I recently purchased an oil pen in my local dispensary and was tired of having to pay so much for one cartridge of co2 do my friend showed me these cartridge refill syringes in the dispensary which was much more affordable. So far I can NOT get it open. It's got a cap but I turn the cap and the springs under it won't budge. It's by trusttheowl.com I can't contact them and I'm stuck at home is there anyone who buys these that can suggest how to open it? I posted a picture. Thank you

you may have to connect it directly to your pen.

Figured it out finally it has a luer lock.

Yep that looks like the same one. It came with a needle, finally figured out how to twist the top off and put on the needle I definitely have to practice filling it up though. I got little co2 spilt over the pen but I saved it on some wax paper.
