How can you tell if a plant is stressed!!!

How can you tell if a plant gets stressed??? I'd also like to know what makes them get stressed. Thanks in advance!!!

personally the only sure sign of stress i know is delayed growth, if your plant hasnt grown much in a week its definitely into shock..

as far as what shocks them, well that pretty much becomes common sense after you read the grow guides, i could probably name a hundred things now and some one else name an extra 100 so theres no clear answer.. just do some reading my friend.. and you will come out with a lot more knowledge than questions..Good Luck
