How much water..?

Ok, plants are 9 days old and i've been going easy as last time i think i drowned them or overwatered maybe. My plants are growing pretty slowly but are growing . There put outside in the morning and they get the sun through the day and when it gets dark they come inside and go under some cfl's. How much water should my 3 babies be getting Oh yer and there pretty small, about 4cm.

When I water I pour enough water into the container so that some runs out of the bottom. I then test the PH of the water that comes out of the bottom of my containers. Wait until the dirt is completely dry before watering again. To make sure the dirt is dry stick your finger down into it up to your second knuckle, if it is completely dry, add water.

what he said make sure all the dirt in the pot is wet. then let them fully dry before watering
